There are two terms used when describing individuals who make drinks; bartenders and mixologists. The difference between a bartender and a mixologist is not only in the training you receive but also in the amount of money that you can make.
A mixologist is trained to not only make drinks but is educated in customer service, basic beer and wine knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and a variety of other skills that separates a mixologist from the common bartender.
The graduates of our campus learn over 150 of the most trendy and traditional drinks served around the country and locally. We teach everything from Apple Martinis to Hurricanes to a White Russian. Our beer program was provided by Anheuser-Busch and Guinness.
