Our 2024 tuition is based on the average weekly income of a good bartender. We find most of our students can earn their tuition back in as little two or three days on the job. The Professional Bartending School’s tuition for the 40 Hour Bartending/Mixology program is $695.00. The complete cost of the program is broken down as follows; Registration Fee $100.00, Tuition $695.00, and textbook $45.00 for a total of $840.00.
Most of our students earn their tuition back in two to three days of bartending. The Professional Bartending School takes all major credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, cash and payment options are also available and are only discussed during your personal interview when you tour the school.
The Professional Bartending School provides bartenders for weddings, business events, and holiday parties throughout the year. These special events pay $50.00 an hour plus tips through the school. You can make $300.00 to $600.00 or more for a 4-hour event. Classes are based on availability and do fill up quickly!

Options 1: Pay in Full Now Online:
Pay $840.00 total online now. This includes the $100.00 Registration Fee, $695.00 Tuition, and the $45.00 textbook. There are no taxes because we are a school.
Option 2: Pay the $100.00 Registration Fee Only Now:
Pay $100.00 online now and save your spot for an upcoming class. Then pay the balance of $740.00 on the day you start class. When you pay online you will be transferred to our secure shopping cart where you will enter your payment information or you can call the school at (615) 885-5800 and we can process your payment.
We have additional payment options including Cash App, Venmo, Cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, all major credit cards, and a payment plan.
Option 3: Pay on Existing Account
Online Enrollment Refund policy - 100% will be refunded until you actually come in and tour the school and fill out your enrollment paperwork.
- A proposed student may, by written notice, cancel his enrollment prior to the first day of class for which he has enrolled. The school, in this case, will refund all monies paid by the student, less a registration fee of $100.00.
- If a student withdraws or is dismissed from the school after attending the first day of class for which he has enrolled, the school will RETAIN the registration fee of $100.00 PLUS the percentage of the stated course price set opposite the length of time of course as set out herein below:

Over 1 Class to 1 /2 Classes.........75%
Over 2 1/2 Classes.........100%
- Effective date of withdrawal or dismissal for refund purposes will be the day recognized by written notice of the same. This notice must be submitted in the first three days/classes from the actual starting date. Saturday is considered as two classes.
- The school will submit refunds to individuals who have terminated their status as a student within 30 days after receipt of a written notice.
